Looks like winter is finally here! Time for some umbrella drinks on a beach somewhere!

Costa Rica

My wife and I have property in an area of Costa Rica called the "Gold Coast". It overlooks a bay where they are building a new Marina that will accomodate Cruise Ships....we are pretty excited about the whole thing because we are only a few years away from retirement and we can't think of a better place to hang up the ole real estate shoes...

We have traveled quite a bit, and this is the only place that I have ever been that makes me want to stay.

Rainforests, 4 wheelin, fishing, and my favorite, GOLF!

If you have been to Costa Rica you will probably agree that it would be a great place to retire, but how to make some extra $$ while you are living there can be pretty complicated. My wife and I think we have it figured out, but we are looking for some ideas......got any?

Networking

Millions of people have been exposed to some sort of network marketing business during their business life. Most have dabbled with it somewhat, but quickly dropped it as something that would only work for an elite few. IF you knew beyond a shadow of doubt that networking could and would work for you...If you were shown a proven method to create a HUGE distributor network for your products or services would you take a second look?

Economic Delights

Phoenix Arizona usually is one of the leaders to the way in economic growth, now we seem to be leading the way for economic disasters. Unfinished subdivisions, entire blocks of homes in foreclosure and construction at a standstill, have forced massive amounts of workers to seek alternative avenues of income. You will find former construction supervisors, real estate brokers, surveyors, masons, framers, and the like, taking orders at McDonalds or other fast food enterprises. Even the elderly are finding competition as Greeters at WalMart! Where, and most importantly, WHEN will this turn around?
